WHERE TO SKI IN PRATO NEVOSO

Prato Nevoso is the ideal location for ski lovers. Located at 1500 metres above sea level in the Maritime Alps, together with Frabosa Soprana and Artesina, it is part of the ski area of "Mondolé Ski". This is a particularly lucky area: often heavy snowfall before season, which allow the slopes open in advance, offering the enthusiasts a long winter on the snow.

The over 130 kilometres of ski slopes offer those who stay in Prato Nevoso a wide choice on where to ski. In particular, almost 100 kilometres are dedicated to Alpine skiing that the enthusiasts can practice in comfort thanks to the 34 available ski lifts. A chair lift joins Prato Nevoso with Fabrosa, while Artesina can be reached via two medium difficulty slopes.

WHAT TO DO IN PRATO NEVOSO

You will be spoiled for choice on what to do in Prato Nevoso! Only in this location, the ski area counts 18 slopes that develop over 50 kilometres. You will find both routes recommended only to the more experienced, and ski slopes of medium and easy level. Moreover, the Snow Park, illuminated even at night, is at your disposal with a boarder cross slope and riding facilities. In addition, every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, the night skiing lovers can have fun on slope 1 and 2, as well as in the area of the school field and of the Snow Park, thanks to the lighting guaranteed from 20:00 to 23: 00.
